Here are the skills we are looking for:

• Must have Perfect English
• Experience as an executive assistant or an admin assistant in the past (required)
• Knowledgable with Notion, our main software
• Very Organized
• Asks lots of questions and able to give feedback
• Someone who’s proactive and can work independently

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and Streamline Processes as needed (this will be your primary focus)
• Document Processes & Create SOPs
• Calendar Management for Devin (president)
• Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
• Client Communication & Task Management

Your role is extremely valuable to the company as you help keep the operation smooth and seamless, and you will be paid to match your value.

We will start off with a salary of 650-2500 per month, paid bi-weekly. As the company continues to grow, we will be happy to increase your pay and reward you for your hard work.
