As a Customer Support Rep at Aventus LLC, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch assistance through diverse channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your extraordinary communication skills will shine as you navigate customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of advanced spoken and written English, reaching at least C1 level
  • Proven experience in previous customer support roles, demonstrating your ability to handle a wide array of customer inquiries and challenges
  • Remote working expertise and familiarity with soft telephone systems (Experience in Shopify / Kustomer CRM is a huge+)
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills, coupled with quick thinking
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and effective communication
  • Ability to collaborate and work as an active member of a team
  • Quiet, professional workspace
  • Updated laptop/desktop (Windows 10 +), USB headset, reliable ethernet connection (at least 20mbs upload, 40mbs download), LAN cable
