Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries: includes quoting our services via phone, email, and text 
• Sending out contracts/ updates to clients occasionally 
• Billing clients 
• You will be required to have access to your computer to input information at all times. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• We do require fast/reliable internet speed, and little/no background noise when on call with the client.
